The Institute is for leaders that are serious about their growth and the success of those they lead. Our Leaders understand that growth takes personal commitment, and success is dependent on the ability to cast a vision and inspire those they lead to reach the Vision.
Why we do it.
Because your leadership matters. Ascend was born to help leaders become the best version of themselves. Our partners lead highly successful organizations that have gained notoriety across the nation. As leaders, they have inspired thousands through their work in the public and private sectors. They understand their success results from the people they lead, the mentors in the lives, and commitment to something bigger than any one of them could accomplish alone. Using their experiences and vast networks, they desire to equip leaders who are committed to personal and professional success.
How we do it.
We equip leaders through our Institutes. To ensure the highest impact for our leaders, the Institutes require a 13-week commitment that includes four in-person events. To ensure the journey doesn’t end after 13 weeks, we connect you with other Ascend Leaders to build and grow your network, provide monthly leadership calls, and quarterly lunch and learn events.
Where we do it.
To ensure the highest level of interaction and learning, the in-person Events are held at first-class facilities such as Southern Hills Country Club and Five Oaks Lodge.
