How Events Work
Monthly, In-Person Sessions
Leaders are assigned to a dedicated cohort for the duration of their journey. For a full day each month, they join their classmates to engage in content review, facilitated discussion, and exercises.
Weekly Virtual Classes
Weekly virtual classes are facilitated by Ascend faculty to promote peer learning and idea-sharing. Virtual sessions require a one-hour commitment each week throughout the program.

Can anyone attend?
Attendees must be an Owner, CEO or have significant management responsibility within the organization.
Applications are reviewed and screened before approval. Limited space is available and these classes are meant to put the highest-caliber clients together so that they can benefit from one another in addition to the curriculum.

Yes. Not-for-profit organizations may be eligible for a “Faculty” scholarship. General Financial Assistance is also available.
