Sean Kouplen

Sean Kouplen is the founder and CEO of Regent Bank, the immediate past Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development for the state of Oklahoma, and a best-selling author and leadership speaker. 

 

In 2008, Kouplen led an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank in Nowata, OK. Since that time, the bank has expanded to Tulsa, OKC Springfield and Bartlesville; growing from $72 million in assets to almost $1 billion making it one of America’s fastest-growing banks. Regent Bank has won many awards including American Institute of Banking Extraordinary Banks (top 1% nationally), Inc Magazine’s Best Places to Work and Oklahoma Magazine’s Best of the Best Banks. 

 

Kouplen holds numerous local and statewide leadership positions and his awards include Journal Record Most Admired CEO, Bixby Citizen of the Year and ICBA Central U.S. Community Banker of the Year.



 

Jessica Rimmer

Jessica Rimmer, PhD, has worked in leadership development for over 15 years. As an executive leader, she has given oversight to strategic growth and culture initiatives that improve the engagement and energy of people within the workplace. Dr. Rimmer current serves as the CEO of Solomon Strategic Advisors, a Partner Agency of GiANT Worldwide. Prior to working with the GiANT tools, Dr. Rimmer served as an executive leader in Higher Education where she led initiatives that helped define and distinguish organizational culture through focusing on team performance, leadership development and customer experience.


Jessica has served as a speaker on topics such as strategic growth, cultural diversity, transformational leadership and personal success. She is passionate about helping people live with vision, purpose and influence.

Jessica is a member of the Cherokee Tribe and lives in Edmond with her husband Terry and their three children. They are avid Thunder enthusiasts and love to “keep it local” as much as possible, supporting the great state of Oklahoma.

Lindel Fields

Lindel Fields has been a student and teacher of leadership for over 30 years. After leading Tri County to become one of the top-performing, award-winning organizations in the U.S, he founded Limitless Solutions to share his leadership skills and experience to help leaders and organizations create Great Places to Work with World-Class Results.

Lindel’s Philosophy is “It’s not what you do in a day but what you do daily that matters.”


As a result of his philosophy, Tri County earned the presidential Malcolm Baldrige Award in 2018 and was named to Fortune’s Great Places to Work list five times, reaching #7 in 2021.

His creed drove him to train for and complete one of the world's most rigorous athletic events. In 2022, he completed the 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run to become an Ironman.

Lindel and his wife, Leigh Ann, use the philosophy together to visit the 63 National Parks. Their goal is to visit all the parks before their daughter Eva, age , graduates from high school.
